I tried to exchange a ring I ordered from reeds.com because the size wasn’t right, and I thought it would be a quick fix. It was NOT. What should’ve been a simple exchange turned into way more of a hassle than I expected.
Customer service kept giving me different answers, and I’d wait days just to hear anything back. The return shipping instructions weren’t very clear either, so I felt like I was just guessing what I was supposed to do half the time.

I still don’t have the replacement ring, and at this point I really wish I had just ordered from somewhere else. The whole thing has been frustrating and definitely not worth the headache.

I ordered a birthday gift from reeds.com, and while the item itself was totally fine, the gift presentation was disappointing. The box looked cheaper than I expected, and the wrapping felt like it was done in a rush. For something being sent as a gift, especially for a birthday, I think they should take more responsibility for making sure it actually feels special when it arrives. It wasn’t awful, but it definitely didn’t match the occasion or the expectation

I’m not sure if I just caught it at a bad time, but the selection felt limited to me. There really wasn’t much to pick from

The payment did go through, so I guess that’s the important part. The checkout process was okay overall, but the pages loaded slowly for me, which made it feel more clunky than it probably needed to be.

The packaging was not great. The box came in smashed up, which was disappointing.

The engraving came out really clean and was easy to read. I’d say it looked about 2 times better than I was expecting, honestly.

I’ll say the ring looked really when it first arrived, and the size/style was exactly what I wanted. But after wearing it for just a week, it already started looking kind of worn out. The band had a few rough spots, and one of the tiny stones looked a little crooked, which made it feel cheaper than I expected for the price. I was disappointed because I wanted to love it, but the quality just wasn’t there for me. The ordering process was fine, but I don’t think I’d buy jewelry from Reeds Jewelers again.

I ordered a bracelet from Reeds Jewelers because it looked really nice online, but when it arrived, it felt a lot cheaper than I expected. The clasp was already a little loose, and there was a small scratch on the finish, which was frustrating for something brand new.

For the price, I thought it would feel sturdier and more polished. What annoyed me even more was that it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for the issue or who I was supposed to deal with, so the whole thing felt a bit messy. It’s not the worst bracelet ever, but I don’t think I’d buy another piece from them

They did get back to me, and the answer was helpful once I finally got it, but it took longer than I expected. I also had to follow up once, which was a little frustrating. Not a terrible experience, just slower than I would’ve liked...

I’ve had a mostly good experience with it. For the price, it’s not bad at all, though there were a few times where it felt a little more expensive than I expected. Still, overall, it does the job and I’m satisfied.

I ordered this as a gift and it ended up showing up late. There was barely any updates the whole time, so I didnt really know what was going on. Disappointed with how long the shipping took.

I had to send back a necklace because I picked the wrong size, totally my mistake. Reeds started the refund fast once they got it back, I also got a few emails so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on.

Payment went through without any issues and I got the confirmation quickly. Probably would’ve been 5 stars if the financing details were a little clearer upfront.
